Buncefield investigation: fuel storage design and operation recommendations published

Today (29 March) the Buncefield Major Incident Investigation Board (MIIB) has published recommendations on the design and operation of fuel storage sites.

This is the MIIB’s 5th report into the Buncefield oil depot explosion on 11 December 2005.
