Many employees with dyslexia are choosing to hide their condition from employers because they are concerned about what the reaction will be.
According to research carried out by the British Dyslexia Association (BDA) and Business Link for London, almost half of people (45 %) suffering from dyslexia are hiding the fact from colleagues and employers in the workplace for fear of being negatively perceived.
