The HSE is once again warning firms and their employees to make sure proper precautions are in place when working at height following the sentencing of a Leicestershire builder after one of his bricklayers died.
The warning follows the death of Daniel Leighton who was killed on 11 April 2003 when a tower scaffolding he was using on a house extension in Cossington fell over.
