Publishing company Macmillan Publishers has been found in breach of employment legislation requiring companies to inform and consult staff over what is happening in their company and workplace.
The finding comes after Amicus, the union representing staff in the publishing, media and on-line information sector, made a complaint to the Central Arbitration Committee (CAC).
