The HSE is warning building contractors not to ignore basic safety standards after a builder was fined and given community service following an incident in which a building under development collapsed.
Shabir Naseem (trading as SH Builders) of Fartown, Huddersfield, ignored a Prohibition Notice which ordered him to stop work on a site in Elland.
