Is Heyday’s age discrimination court challenge on shaky ground?

The Advocate General has delivered his opinion on a Spanish legal challenge over the issue of age discrimination and retirement ages. The judgement could have implications for retirement group Heyday’s similar challenge, which is currently waiting to be heard by the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
