A doctor who was sacked after being jailed for indecently assaulting a female colleague has lost his unfair dismissal and racial discrimination claims.
As Workplace Law previously reported, Dr Tapash Saha, a former gynaecologist at Dumfries Infirmary, was convicted in November 2004 of indecent assault and jailed for nine months.
