Construction firms are being urged to take early action on waste before the planned enforcement of Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) next year.
However, new research by NetRegs suggests that two thirds of construction businesses still don't know what a SWMP is. Over 60% do not realise the plans are set to become a legal requirement next year.
