Employers are being urged by the Government to improve how they handle mental health at work to save businesses millions of pounds.
Speaking at a recent conference, Health Minister Rosie Winterton encouraged employers to sign up to a new national initiative to improve the emotional wellbeing of workers and tackle the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health illness.
