Effective trauma management in the workplace can reduce staff absence and lead to better health amongst employees, new research has found.
A new study, by Researchers at the University of Sheffield, in collaboration with the Institute for Employment Studies and Atos Origin, has highlighted effective ways of supporting traumatised employees following violent attacks, verbal abuse, road accidents and other such incidents which happen at work.
