Employers should ‘lead by example’ on green issues

Businesses are starting to wake up to the importance of environmental issues and the part they will be expected to play when it comes to reducing energy use in the future. One way that all businesses can reduce their environmental impact is to create a more sustainable workplace, however new research has suggested that lack of incentives and leadership from employers is causing employees to leave their environmental conscience at home.
