Workplace Law has learnt that guidance relating to the new Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations, which was meant to be made available by mid January, will now not be available until mid February.
As Workplace Law previously reported, the HSC approved the CDM Regulations on 20 October 2006. According to the HSE’s CDM implementation timetable, the accompanying ACoP should have been published this month - it will now not be published until February.
