The danger of work with chainsaws has been highlighted by the HSE.
The warning comes shortly after it was reported that an employee had to be airlifted to hospital after a colleague slipped and fell onto him with a chainsaw. The incident took place at a site in Bredon, Worcestershire, which was being cleared of trees and shrubs. The saw went into the back of the man's thigh causing serious bleeding.
