Businesses are too "complacent" about a Bird Flu pandemic

Despite findings from the British Standards Institution which suggest businesses are better prepared for disruption and disaster, a white paper on the subject of pandemic influenza has called on businesses to stop being complacent to the risks a pandemic will pose to their business.
