Our recent survey into internet use shows that the vast majority (86%) of workplace managers who have email facilities at work are also given access to the world wide web. This is despite the fact that employers' can be held unintentionally liable for the content of downloaded material.The message from law firms is to introduce a clear, written email and internet policy to counter this problem.
