In less than two weeks, on the 6 December, retirement group Heyday will challenge the Government in the High Court over the issue Mandatory Retirement Ages (MRAs).
The group claims that the MRAs clause in the new Age Discrimination Regulations allows employers to force employees to retire at or after 65, and enables employers to refuse to recruit anyone over the age of 65.
