The Queen’s Speech: implications for business

The Queen’s Speech today (15 November) included a number of proposed Bills and initiatives that will be of interest to businesses and employers.

Climate change
One of the key elements of the speech was the announcement of a Climate Change Bill, the introduction of which is in line with the Government’s long-term strategic vision for energy policy.
