A female employee who claims her boss groped her at the Christmas party has won her claim of sexual harassment.
Josephine Chi claims she was left feeling intimidated and threatened by employer Anthony Baker after he fondled her at the office Christmas party and bombarded her with late-night text messages.
Chi also told an Employment Tribunal how Baker emailed her in the office telling her "someone's got the hots for you".
