The Stern review: new climate change legislation proposed

The Stern report, published at the beginning of the week, has thrust the issue of climate change and energy use into the limelight. It looks increasingly likely that new legislation will be introduced to reduce carbon emissions, and that businesses will be called onto do even more to reduce the amount of energy that they use.
