Age discrimination and recruitment agencies

Companies that use agencies to help with their recruitment processes might be interested to see the advice the Recruitment and Employment Confederation are issuing to recruitment agencies. Of particular interest is the issue of who is liable, the agency or the client company, if a case is brought under age discrimination rules.
