Internet and E-mail Policy: Protection for Employers

Recent issues of Facilities Management Legal Update have focused on the legislation governing the management and use of information, including the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, the Human Rights Act and Data Protection Act 1998. The issue of e-mail and internet policy has generated a greater response than any other.
