Employers not offering flexible working despite the benefits

According to new research employees believe that they would work more effectively and productively if they were able to work remotely.

The survey, by computer software firm Sirenic, found that 70% of respondents belive this yet only 49% of those surveyed admitted that their companies offered this option.
