From Monday 18 September employers may need to revise their driving at work policies to take into account of new legislation to improve the safety of children in vehicles.
Although the issue is most significant for businesses involved directly in transporting children, any company which provides company cars or allows their staff to use their own vehicles for company business should consider how the change might impact on their legal responsibility.
