More use must be made of powers to stop discrimination on the grounds of race, sex and disability and help support employees pursuing discrimination cases, according to a new report.
The study claims that the UK’s three commissions, the Disability Rights Commission, the Commission for Racial Equality and the Equal Opportunities Commission, have under-used their powers.
