Businesses are being warned to tighten up procedures to ensure that employees who drive for work don’t engage in ‘points swapping’.
AA Business Services (AABS) has claimed that some drivers are getting their colleagues to take the blame when they are caught speeding, in order to avoid fines and bans.
There is particular concern younger drivers are being put under pressure to accept points from senior colleagues, who might be closer to a driving ban.
