According to new research published by the Department for Work and Pensions employers can benefit from older workers and should do more to tackle age discrimination.
The Age Partnership Group (APG) sector specific research reports look at the challenges faced by nine sectors of the economy relating to the recruitment, training and retention of older workers ahead of the introduction of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 on 1 October this year.
