In a surprise move, the Department of Health has announced that
the Government's package of anti-smoking measures is likely to
include a ban on smoking in the workplace.
Workplace smoking ban
Facilities managers have grappled with the introduction of fair
no-smoking policies for a number of years, and many organisations
will have made at least some provision for 'authorised' smoking areas
