There has been a rise in Employment Tribunal claims against employers in the last year, but the system has become more efficient, claims the Employment Tribunal Service’s (ETS) Annual Report.
There has been a substantial rise in the number of claims received from employees, rising from 86,181 in 2004-05 to 115,039 in 2005-06.
