The publication of the Government's Corporate Manslaughter Bill sees the beginning of the end game in this important area of reform. Although the introduction of the legislation at the end of the current Parliamentary session is clearly to fulfil political promises it is now only a matter of "when" rather than "if" regarding the creation of a new offence dealing with corporate killing.
