‘Two strikes and you’re out’ for employing illegal migrant workers

Company directors who are caught employing illegal immigrants on more than one occasion could be struck off from their firms under plans being considered by the Home Office.

The ‘two strikes and you’re out’ rule will be part of a host of new immigration proposals due to be published in the next fortnight.
