The House of Lords has supported a Court of Appeal ruling which means that the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 protects employees while they are at work as elsewhere. It also means that that employers can be held vicariously liable for harassment at work.
Reynolds Williams solicitors of Poole, have helped the bullied and harassed employee at the heart of secure the ruling which could have an enormous effect on future occupational injury claims.
