Small businesses lose the majority of their Employment Tribunal cases because they either do not have in place – or do not follow – effective dispute resolution procedures, new research by the Warwick Business School has claimed.
The research, by the School’s Industrial Relations Research Unit (IRRU), is based on statistical analysis of the 2003 Survey of Employment Tribunal Applications.
