A retirement group, which is backed by the charity Age Concern, is taking the Government to court over a clauses in the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations (2006) which it believes will allow employers to be able to force employees to retire at or after 65, and will enable employers to refuse to recruit anyone over the age of 65.
