A former council employee who claimed she was sacked for being pregnant has received an out-of-court settlement.
Alison Clack claimed she was made redundant just weeks after she told her supervisor at Swindon Town Council she was pregnant in December 2004.
According to her statement lodged with the Bristol Employment Tribunal, Clack said she had been unfairly sacked.
