An Iraqi employee, whose employer hired private detectives to secretly film him, has claimed that he was forced to leave his job due to racial and disability discrimination.
Wafir Jumard decided to take Rhylbased Clwyd Leisure Ltd to tribunal after he lost his job last year following a disciplinary hearing.
