Workplace harassment so rife there’s a successful case every week

On the 20th anniversary of Jean Porcelli's landmark case, which established sexual harassment as a form of harassment under the Sex Discrimination Act (SDA), sexual harassment remains all too common, says the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC).
