A new survey has suggested that recent Government legislation to make Employment Tribunals more efficient has failed.
The Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), which represents over 4,000 solicitors and barristers who act for employers and employees, released the findings of the Tribunal Monitoring survey at their annual conference.
