Appeal court judges have upheld a builder’s sentence for manslaughter, after his gross breach of duty resulted in the death of a young employee.
As Workplace Law previously reported, Wayne Anthony Davies was jailed for 18 months on 11 April this year after he was convicted of manslaughter and additional breaches of health and safety regulations.
