Government should enforce protection of job applicants with mental health history

A leading national charity has called on politicians to act; claiming workplace discrimination towards those with mental health problems can only be tackled by Government enforcement.

The Mental Health Foundation said Government legislation should be enforced to ensure that people with mental health problems are protected from discrimination when looking for work.
