Acas airs its views on tribunal reform

Acas has published its latest policy discussion paper on the reform of the employment tribunal system. The paper looks at the impact that the October 2004 Dispute Resolution reforms are having on employment tribunal claims and addresses wider issues such as the increasing complexity of the process.
