Migrant workers – good for business?
On Monday (1 May) Spain, Portugal, Finland and Greece dropped restrictions on workers from eight of the ten new member states who joined the EU in 2004.
Also on May Day millions of migrant workers in the US staged a day of nationwide protest against proposed immigration reform, staying away from work in an effort to show how much immigrants matter to the economy.
