Introduction

The JCT suite of contracts has recently been revised to reflect the introduction of new legislation and to achieve clarity of language with a view to simplifying the entire suite. Most of the new contracts have now been published and the remainder are in the pipeline; for example, the new JCT Construction Management Contract is expected to be issued shortly.
