Lord Falconer, Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs and Lord Chancellor has today (31 March) announced a new Tribunals Service, that among others will deal with employment matters.
Tribunals are a crucial part of the justice system, with more disputes resolved through the tribunal process than through the civil courts. For the first time 21 tribunals from across Government departments will be brought together in a single organisation.
