Seven out of ten SMEs risk going out of business because they are ill-equipped for IT security threats, the National Computing Centre (NCC) has said.
The NCC, following a survey of SMEs, pointed out that 15,000 computer viruses were discovered in 2005, yet nearly half of the companies had no plans to deal with the threat.
