A recent study by Henderson Global Investors, Less stress, More value, makes recommendations as to how employers should be taking corporate responsibility for workplace stress.
As the report stresses, workplace stress is the biggest cause of sickness absence in the UK, resulting in 12.8 million working days each year. It encourages employers to identify and manage work related stress, monitor the impact of interventions and disclose occupation health information.
