Early findings from an investigation into the cause of the Buncefield oil depot blast are being delayed because of the devastation caused by the explosion, the chairman of the inquiry has said.
As Workplace Law previously reported, the biggest health and safety inquiry since the Potters Bar rail disaster was launched into the fuel depot fire at the end of last month.
