Northern Electric Plc has agreed to pay an employee and undisclosed sum, after the company failed to provide a safety aid or required safety training, which led to the employee being injured.
Kevin Noble, a rapid response electrician, cracked several ribs in a 2003 fall from his company vehicle while trying to secure a ladder to its roof.
