Work and Families Bill – draft regulations published

The DTI has published new draft regulations to amend Maternity and Adoption Leave Regulations and the Flexible Working Regulations, following commitments made in the Government’s response to the Work and Families Consultation in October 2005.

The changes proposed under the Work and Families Bill are:
