A charity for the disabled has been accused of discriminating against one of its own employees after she developed multiple sclerosis.
Elizabeth Hitschmann has taken the Oxfordshire Council of Disabled People to an industrial tribunal claiming she was forced to work from home, even when she told bosses she was not well enough.
Miss Hitschmann was diagnosed with MS in March. She suffered pain from the waist down and mobility problems.
