The government announced new water regulations last month which will impact on all domestic and commercial water users. The draft regulations follow on from John Prescott's announcement on 19 May 1997 heralding the government's planned crackdown on water wastage. At the time, a ten-point plan was issued aimed primarily at the watersupply industry - but also at water users - encourage them to use water more efficiently.The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 currently being finalise...
